The booking link will generate an error if you select dates beyond our 5/9-5/10 block. In order to extend your reservation, please do the following:

Book your room for the nights of 5/9 and 5/10 using our passkey, then call the hotel at 512-457-1111 to add to your existing reservation.

Additional nights will depend on hotel availability. Room rates may increase outside of our block and specific bed types may not be guaranteed. Contact Phil Galanty at pgalanty@aimmeetings.com if you need further assistance.
